Role Summary
The HR ASSISTANT will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing relationships with placement officers, conducting regular visits to allied institutions etc. This role involves talent acquisition, attendance management, field visit to campany's branches, institutions etc., and thereby ensuring smooth HR operations across all branches.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end hiring for technicians, telecallers, managers, and support staff.
- Prepare job descriptions, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and induction programs for new employees.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR database.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance regarding HR policies.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain a healthy work environment and address employee grievances professionally.
- Conduct employee engagement programs, training sessions, and welfare activities.
- Support branch heads and managers in day-to-day HR matters.
4. Performance Management
- Implement KPI-based performance evaluation processes.
- Monitor productivity, attendance patterns, and departmental performance.
- Coordinate appraisals, promotions, and counseling sessions.
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Update HR policies as required and ensure proper communication across teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company operations.
6. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Collaborate with the accounts team for monthly salary processing.
- Verify attendance, incentives, deductions, and overtime details.
- Manage loans, advances, and reimbursement approvals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations (experience in retail/healthcare/hair & beauty industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR laws, recruitment platforms, and HRMS systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to coordinate across multiple branches.
