1. Minimum **3 years of hands-on experience** in HR operations is mandatory.

2. Strong knowledge of **ESI and EPF rules, procedures, and compliance**.

3. Handling **ESI & EPF registration, monthly returns, and challans**.

4. Ensuring timely **ESI and PF contributions and filings**.

5. Managing employee **PF transfers, withdrawals, and UAN issues**.

6. Maintaining accurate **employee records and HR documentation**.

7. Handling **attendance, leave, and payroll coordination**.

8. Coordinating with accounts team for salary and statutory compliance.

9. Responding to employee queries related to **ESI, EPF, and HR policies**.

10. Ensuring compliance with **labor laws and statutory regulations**.

11. Preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance registers.

12. Assisting in **employee onboarding and exit formalities**.

13. Supporting audits related to **ESI, EPF, and labor compliance**.

14. Maintaining confidentiality of employee and company information.

15. Following company HR policies and procedures strictly.

16. Coordinating with government departments when required.

17. Assisting HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities.

18. Ensuring deadlines are met for all statutory submissions.

19. Only **Madurai-based candidates** are eligible for this role.

20. Maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and discipline in HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
