Job Title: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and implementing HR policies, managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS on a regular basis.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes.

Policy & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate statutory filings (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc., if applicable).

Performance & Training

  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and employee development plans.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
