- Recruitment Support: Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, preparing offer letters.
- Employee Records: Maintaining databases, filing documents, updating employee information, handling data entry.
- Onboarding & Training: Organizing new hire orientations, coordinating training sessions, preparing new employee paperwork.
- Payroll & Benefits: Collecting time/attendance records, assisting with payroll processing, answering basic benefits questions, handling invoices.
- Administrative Duties: Managing HR emails/phones, scheduling meetings/events, producing reports, handling confidential information.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a first point of contact for employee questions, handling general grievances, assisting with terminations.
