Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
  • Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans), including enrollment, updates, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees, tracking attendance and completion.
  • Prepare HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and employee performance metrics.
  • Assist in managing employee relations and resolving basic employee inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related information.
  • Maintain HR filing system (both physical and digital), ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support HR with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).

  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Husband-sponsored visa or own visa is preferred
