SUMMARY
: Provides support in functional areas of human resources and answers any questions regarding HR policies and procedures.


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to perform tasks quickly
  • Familiar with employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle adverse situations and/or tight time deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • ADP knowledge a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist HR with supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
  • Support HR related training
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
