We are seeking to appoint a highly inspirational, motivated, and dynamic HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department in ensuring the effective management of all human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support in all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication and guidance.
  • Support the HR team in implementing employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting or a familiarity with the educational sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
