We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant with at least 2 years of UAE experience to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should be familiar with UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain employee records in compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Handle visa processing, Emirates ID applications, and medical insurance coordination
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, overtime)
- Manage leave records and attendance tracking
- Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, warning letters, etc.)
- Support employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR databases and filing systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
- Experience with HRMS systems
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in payroll coordination
- Knowledge of WPS (Wage Protection System)
- Familiarity with MOHRE procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
