We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant with at least 2 years of UAE experience to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should be familiar with UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with UAE Labour Law
  • Handle visa processing, Emirates ID applications, and medical insurance coordination
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, overtime)
  • Manage leave records and attendance tracking
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, warning letters, etc.)
  • Support employee engagement activities
  • Maintain HR databases and filing systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
  • Experience with HRMS systems
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in payroll coordination
  • Knowledge of WPS (Wage Protection System)
  • Familiarity with MOHRE procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
