HR Assistant

About Us:
Hello Cleaner is a fast-growing cleaning company committed to delivering top-quality service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. We are currently expanding and looking for a skilled HR Officer to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional who has proven expertise in recruiting female cleaners from Nepal. The ideal candidate must be results-driven and familiar with overseas hiring procedures, documentation, and onboarding. Experience in using Zoho HR tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit 50 qualified female cleaners within 2 months
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Handle end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, interviewing, documentation, visa processing, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update HR records and workflows using Zoho People and Zoho Recruit
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations
  • Liaise with internal departments (admin, operations, PRO) to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Report weekly progress and hiring status to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas recruitment, especially hiring from Nepal
  • Strong network or existing contacts with manpower agencies in Nepal
  • Experience working in or hiring for the cleaning or facility management sector
  • Mandatory experience using Zoho (Zoho Recruit / Zoho People)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
