We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HRMS, employee record management, attendance and payroll coordination, and must also possess QA/testing capabilities to verify HR software functionalities and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily HR operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee correspondence
- Work on HRMS for employee data management and process execution
- Assist in payroll-related data verification and reporting
- Perform QA/testing of HRMS modules and newly developed features
- Identify, report, and follow up on system bugs/issues
- Validate HR workflows, policies, and software configurations
- Coordinate with the development/support team for issue resolution
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good understanding of HR processes and HRMS systems
- Familiarity with attendance, payroll, leave, and employee management systems
- Basic QA/testing knowledge with strong analytical skills
- Ability to identify system issues and perform functional testing
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with HR software or ERP systems
- Understanding of software testing scenarios and bug reporting
- Ability to coordinate between HR and technical teams
- Knowledge of payroll and compliance processes will be a plus
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
