Key Responsibilities:

Admission Counselor Responsibilities:

  • Counseling: Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families regarding course offerings, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
  • Application Processing: Assist in the application process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews.
  • Enrollment Management: Manage the enrollment process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with prospective students through emails, phone calls, and social media.

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process for staff and faculty positions, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company-specific requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
