HR Assistant (Beginner Level)

We are hiring a beginner-level HR Assistant to support daily HR and office administration tasks. Fresh candidates who are willing to learn and grow in the Human Resources field are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Assist in attendance and leave management
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Prepare basic HR reports in MS Excel and Word
  • Coordinate with staff regarding HR matters

Requirements

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fresh candidates can apply
