HR Assistant Coordinator

Greenturf is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR team member to support our growing team! This role will assist with recruiting, help navigate and maintain our Applicant Tracking System and support basic HR operations. This position will also help promote open roles and company culture through social media, helping attract great candidates to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting and onboarding
Learn and manage ATS
Post and promote job openings and culture content on social media
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Ideal Candidate:
Organized, positive, and eager to learn
Comfortable and experienced with technology and social media
Strong communication skills (Bilingual in English and Spanish)
HR or administrative experience is a plus

Offered compensation: $15/hr - $18/hr
