Job Overview

As part of our commitment to Emiratization, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Emirati) to support our human resources and administrative functions in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a UAE national looking to build a strong career in HR within a dynamic, service-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Prepare HR letters, confirmations, and official documentation
  • Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and HR reports

Recruitment & Coordination

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and coordinating interviews
  • Support recruitment and Emiratization initiatives
  • Coordinate with operations teams for manpower requirements

Compliance & Employee Support

  • Support HR compliance in line with UAE labor law and company policies
  • Coordinate basic employee documentation (Emirates ID, medical insurance, etc.)
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries

Communication & Reporting

  • Liaise with management and the Saudi HQ on HR-related matters when required
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Requirements & Qualifications

  • UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior HR/Admin experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); HR systems knowledge is a plus

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
