Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative support
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
- Handle attendance, leave management, and documentation
- Support recruitment process (CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
- Prepare HR reports when required
Requirements:
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR or related field)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information
Additional Requirement (Preferred):
- Knowledge of EOBI and SESSI procedures and compliance
- Familiarity with HR documentation and labor law basics will be an advantage
Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
