HR Assistant (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative support
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and documentation
  • Support recruitment process (CV screening, interview scheduling)
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
  • Prepare HR reports when required

Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred in HR or related field)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Additional Requirement (Preferred):

  • Knowledge of EOBI and SESSI procedures and compliance
  • Familiarity with HR documentation and labor law basics will be an advantage

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
