Location: Doha, Qatar

The Turkish Hospital, in cooperation with Taleb Group, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join its Human Resources team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of Qatar's employment regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations and employee administration
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
• Coordinate government-related processes and documentation
• Support payroll administration and Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law
• Familiarity with MOPH healthcare regulations
• Good knowledge of MOI procedures and government transactions
• Experience with the Wage Protection System (WPS)
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong organisational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities
• Previous HR experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred

• Experience supporting healthcare professionals and clinical staff
• Familiarity with multicultural work environments
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
