HR Assistant / Hiring Manager

HR Assistant – Recruitment & Pre-Qualification

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to assist the HR Manager with hiring and recruitment efforts. This role will support the hiring process by identifying, screening, and pre-qualifying potential staff candidates to ensure a strong fit for our team and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day recruitment activities
  • Review applications and pre-qualify candidates based on position requirements
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate outreach
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding and new hire documentation
  • Maintain accurate hiring records and candidate files
  • Assist with other HR administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage confidential information professionally
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred

Pay: $22.00 per hour
