Role - HR Assistant / HR Executive Human Resource Team India Production
Location Mumbai – India (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Role Description
We are currently seeking a proactive HR Assistant or HR Executive in Human Resource team for our Mumbai office. We need someone who can provide crucial administrative support for daily HR operations, like employee record management, recruitment coordination, onboarding new hires, assisting HR with employee engagement activities, payroll/benefits, and acting as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, requiring strong organizational and confidentiality skills for this entry-level role.

Reporting to Senior Manager - HR, Human Resource Team
Job responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
Assist in onboarding new employees, including documentation, joining formalities and induction support.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic HR documentation.
Assist in exit formalities, resignation documentation and clearance coordination.
Always maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR information.
Policies, Compliance & Benefits Support
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure employees are aware of company guidelines.
Support administration of employee benefit programs such as Mediclaim, meal coupons, referral bonus etc.
Assist in collecting and validating data for payroll processing and statutory.
Employee Engagement
Assist in identifying and implementing various employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace.
Support HR initiatives focused on employee engagement & wellness.
Help organize employee events, team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs along with culture club.
HR Reporting & Administration
Assist in tracking HR metrics such as hiring status, attrition, attendance, and employee data.
Prepare basic HR reports and MIS as required.
