Royal Bahrain Hospital and Medical Center is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Executive to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation and attendance verification
- Handle recruitment processes (CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding formalities)
- Prepare HR-related letters (offer letters, warning letters, experience letters, salary certificates, NOCs, memos, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database
- Coordinate staff training programs and maintain training records
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Handle leave management and maintain leave records
- Assist in performance appraisal documentation
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies
- Coordinate with PRO for visa, LMRA, and other documentation when required
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of HR experience (hospital experience in Bahrain preferred)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation
- Familiar with Bahrain Labour Law procedures
- Good communication and drafting skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
