Royal Bahrain Hospital and Medical Center is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Executive to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and attendance verification
  • Handle recruitment processes (CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding formalities)
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer letters, warning letters, experience letters, salary certificates, NOCs, memos, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database
  • Coordinate staff training programs and maintain training records
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Handle leave management and maintain leave records
  • Assist in performance appraisal documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa, LMRA, and other documentation when required

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of HR experience (hospital experience in Bahrain preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation
  • Familiar with Bahrain Labour Law procedures
  • Good communication and drafting skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
