Job Summary:
CA Gold City Housing Scheme is seeking a competent and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Executive to support the HR Manager in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks while ensuring smooth coordination within the department.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager in daily HR and administrative activities
- Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
- Prepare HR reports, attendance records, and related documentation
- Handle correspondence, letters, and official documentation
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate with departments for HR-related matters
- Ensure proper record keeping and data management
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of HR reporting and documentation
- Familiarity with Social Security, EOBI, and other statutory HR matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally
