HR Assistant / HR Executive

Job Location:

CA Gold City, Sialkot

Job Summary:

CA Gold City Housing Scheme is seeking a competent and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Executive to support the HR Manager in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks while ensuring smooth coordination within the department.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Manager in daily HR and administrative activities
  • Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
  • Prepare HR reports, attendance records, and related documentation
  • Handle correspondence, letters, and official documentation
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate with departments for HR-related matters
  • Ensure proper record keeping and data management

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of HR reporting and documentation
  • Familiarity with Social Security, EOBI, and other statutory HR matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally
