HR Assistant (HR Operations – Record Room)

Karachi, Pakistan

· Review educational documents in employee personal files

· Identify required educational document of employee for verification as per defined criteria

· Scan relevant educational documents for processing

· Place the verified documents in the respective employee files

· Analyze and track missing or additional educational documents from employee files

· Coordinate through follow-up calls or emails with employees for pending educational documents (where necessary)

· Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

1. Relevant Skills

· Proficient in MS Excel

· Good Communication Skills (verbal and written)

· Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

· Analytical and detail-oriented

· Effective time management

· Multitasking capabilities

· Record-keeping and document management

· Basic knowledge of employee personal files

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • HR Operations: 3 years (Required)
