HR Assistant (Male) – 1 Year Experience in IT Company Required

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist the HR Manager in managing employee records, attendance, leave tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records
  • Assist in employee documentation and file management
  • Support the HR Manager in daily tasks and HR operations
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations
  • Coordinate with employees for documentation and policy queries
  • Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Ensure HR data is accurate, confidential, and up to date

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, formatting)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Basic understanding of HR procedures and practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 1 year

Shift timings -12:00 Pm to 9:00 Pm

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time
