Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist the HR Manager in managing employee records, attendance, leave tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records
- Assist in employee documentation and file management
- Support the HR Manager in daily tasks and HR operations
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations
- Coordinate with employees for documentation and policy queries
- Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions
- Ensure HR data is accurate, confidential, and up to date
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, formatting)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Basic understanding of HR procedures and practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 1 year
Shift timings -12:00 Pm to 9:00 Pm
Working Days : Monday to Friday
