Job Responsibilities

  • Employee Records & Documentation
  • Maintain and update employee files, attendance, and personal records.
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist in sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads for interview feedback and joining formalities.
  • Onboarding & Induction
  • Support employee onboarding, induction programs, and document verification.
  • Ensure completion of joining formalities and HR policy briefing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
