Job Responsibilities
- Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee files, attendance, and personal records.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for interview feedback and joining formalities.
- Onboarding & Induction
- Support employee onboarding, induction programs, and document verification.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and HR policy briefing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
