We are a growing solar energy company focused on providing sustainable and clean energy solutions. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Assistant Manager to support our HR operations and help build a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support training, development, and performance management initiatives.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee engagement programs.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
- Help implement HR programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports and maintain HR data for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internships considered).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
