Job Title: HR Assistant Manager – Solar Energy Company

About Us:
We are a growing solar energy company focused on providing sustainable and clean energy solutions. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Assistant Manager to support our HR operations and help build a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support training, development, and performance management initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee engagement programs.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Help implement HR programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare reports and maintain HR data for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internships considered).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
