Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant HR to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting Sales Representatives, particularly for night shift operations aligned with US timings. This role requires strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to meet hiring targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales Representative (Night Shift) roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements
• Post job ads and manage employer branding for recruitment campaigns
• Handle onboarding formalities for new hires
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records
• Assist in other HR operations as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment
• Proven experience hiring Sales Representatives, especially for night shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be willing to work in night shift (US timings)
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals

Preferred Skills

• Experience in call center or sales hiring
• Strong negotiation and candidate handling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
