Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant HR to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting Sales Representatives, particularly for night shift operations aligned with US timings. This role requires strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to meet hiring targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales Representative (Night Shift) roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements
- Post job ads and manage employer branding for recruitment campaigns
- Handle onboarding formalities for new hires
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records
- Assist in other HR operations as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment
- Proven experience hiring Sales Representatives, especially for night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to work in night shift (US timings)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals
Preferred Skills
- Experience in call center or sales hiring
- Strong negotiation and candidate handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
