Position Title: HR Assistant / Officer

Position Based In: DHA, Karachi – Pakistan

Gender: Male / Female

Experience: 1-3 years

Job Description:

• Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
• Calculate bonuses, advances and allowances.
• Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and conduct training & development sessions.

Skills:

· Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills.

· Analytical and Persuasive Skills.

· MS Office. (Excel)
