Payroll Processing
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycle for on-roll employees.
- Validate attendance, leave, and overtime data from biometric or HRMS systems.
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and reimbursements
Statutory Compliance
- Calculate and deposit statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
- File monthly, quarterly, and annual returns related to payroll.
Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee master data in payroll software.
- Ensure correct employee classification for tax and benefits purposes.
- Manage new joiner, exit, and full & final settlement processes.
Audit & Reporting
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and MIS for management.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliances.
- Maintain payroll confidentiality and data security.
Coordination
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and compliance teams for data and approvals.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and payslips.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Working knowledge of payroll software
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
