Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a part-time HR Assistant - PRN to support our Human Resources team on an as-needed basis. This role involves assisting with HR administrative tasks, maintaining personnel records. The HR Assistant - PRN will play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts and coordinating filing to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.

Assist with screening calls and addressing general HR-related questions from staff.

Help coordinate recruitment activities, pre-employment paperwork, and onboarding processes.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the department.
Requirements
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or relevant HR experience preferred.

Minimum of two years experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in healthcare HR.

Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to HRIS and talent management systems.

Sound judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical requirements remain consistent with standard office work including prolonged sitting, typing, and occasional light lifting.
