HR Recruiter & Manager Assistant – Duties & Qualifications:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment: screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Support HR inquiries and maintain employee records.
- Prepare HR reports, schedules, and manage management-employee communications.
- Provide administrative support to the manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Ensure compliance and help improve HR and office processes.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, candidate screening, and healthcare hiring in the UAE.
- Knowledge of HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Medical experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Female, fluent in English and Tagalog, immediate joiner.
