HR Assistant / Recruiter

Job description:

HR Recruiter & Manager Assistant – Duties & Qualifications:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment: screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
  • Support HR inquiries and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports, schedules, and manage management-employee communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Ensure compliance and help improve HR and office processes.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, candidate screening, and healthcare hiring in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Medical experience in the UAE is preferred.
  • Female, fluent in English and Tagalog, immediate joiner.
