HR Assistant (UAE Natioa)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

To support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth HR processes in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals (Emiratis) as part of the Emiratisation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Process employee requests regarding HR policies, leave, salary certificates, and other HR services.
  • Coordinate with government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, Tawteen, etc.) for visa, labor card, and other employment-related transactions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Nationality: UAE National (Emirati).
  • Experience: 0–2 years in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of HR functions and labor law basics.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling employee information.
