Virtue Patch is looking for an HR Associate to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations within our creative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring your creative self to work.
  • Running an effective recruitment process for open positions.
  • Develop and manage onboarding materials to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Assist in crafting and implementing organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Address employee grievances and enforce disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Foster a culture of equality and diversity within the company.
  • Manage HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.
  • Plan and organize company events and team-building activities to boost morale.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operational tasks.

Job Opportunity: HR Associate (6 Months to 1 Year Experience)

Location: Lahore

Are you a motivated HR professional with 6 months to 1 year of experience? Virtue Patch is seeking an HR Associate to join our fast-growing software product company in Lahore. As an HR Associate, you'll work closely with management to streamline recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring your creativity to work and enhance our HR processes.
  • Manage effective recruitment for open positions, including job postings, application assessments, interview scheduling, reference checks, result compilation, and reporting.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and assist with team integration.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational policies and structures.
  • Conduct regular employee reviews with management.
  • Administer payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Handle grievances and enforce disciplinary procedures.
  • Promote equality and diversity within the organization.
  • Address employee HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Plan and organize company morale events and outings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and willingness to learn new technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
