Job Description
Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, and maintaining a healthy and disciplined work environment within the organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handling end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of employees. Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. Coordinating payroll inputs with accounts and ensuring timely salary processing. Supporting statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, and labour-related documentation through consultants. Assisting management in performance tracking, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling. Implementing HR policies, maintaining office discipline, and ensuring compliance with company rules and procedures. Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning and HR-related requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employees at all levels. Working knowledge of HR processes, recruitment portals, and basic labour laws. Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation. Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently. Prior experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
