Position Summary

The HR Associate – Career Services plays a dual role in managing core HR operations while supporting student career development and placement activities. The position involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and exit processes, along with building employer partnerships, coordinating placement drives, and guiding students in their job search journey. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills to ensure smooth HR functioning and successful career support for students.

Career Services & Placement Support

  • Identify job and internship opportunities for students.
  • Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
  • Coordinate campus interviews, recruitment drives, and placement events.
  • Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and career guidance.
  • Share job openings with students and manage application and shortlisting processes.
  • Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports.
  • Support employer outreach and follow-up communication.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related fields (preferred).2022 to 2025 Pass out
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and student career development processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, employers, and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
