Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Associate – Recruitment to support end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, along with strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, documentation, and offer acceptance.
- Support onboarding activities and basic HR documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience.
- Familiarity with IT and/or non-IT hiring processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of employment terms, CTC structures, and joining formalities.
