Job Title: Asst HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments
• Handle performance appraisals, employee development, and training programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
• Address employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Administer compensation, benefits, and employee records
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze HR metrics for management reporting

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as an Assistant HR Manager or similar role, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strategic mindset with the ability to implement effective HR solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
