Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic HR + Business Development Executive who can balance people operations with growth initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in building strong teams while also driving client relationships, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs
  • Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across teams
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and career development initiatives

Business Development (BD):

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts
  • Support proposal writing, presentations, and client communications
  • Conduct market research to align Nexus Hybrids’ offerings with industry needs
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute growth strategies
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or Business Development roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment and HR processes
  • Experience in client acquisition, lead generation, or partnership building
  • Analytical mindset with ability to align people strategy with business goals
  • Self-starter with a proactive, growth-oriented attitude
