- Maintain employee records & attendance
- Manage onboarding & documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, social media & field visits
- Meet potential clients and explain company services
- Maintain client database and follow-up regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Support marketing and promotional activities
