Job Summary:

Looking for a target-oriented candidate to oversee hiring activities and generate new unitie.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Conduct initial HR interviews
  • Maintain employee records & attendance
  • Manage onboarding & documentation
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through calls, social media & field visits
  • Meet potential clients and explain company services
  • Maintain client database and follow-up regularly
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Support marketing and promotional activities

Job Type: Full-time
