Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Representative (HRBR) to support our HR operations. The role involves managing employee attendance, ensuring employee engagement initiatives, and traveling to nearby locations as required to support HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee attendance records accurately on a daily basis.
- Monitor attendance trends and share reports with management.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address queries related to HR policies and practices.
- Conduct regular visits to nearby branches/outlets to support HR operations, engagement, and employee welfare.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support in day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to travel to nearby locations as part of the role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an added advantage.
