The Role
Guildhall is partnering with a luxury Real Estate Developer to hire a hands-on and operational HR Business Partner (People & Culture). The HRBP will lead end-to-end People & Culture operations, implement HR systems, ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws, and support senior leadership in driving a high-performance culture. Responsibilities: * Support People and Culture process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and helping to implement system or workflow enhancements by using existing company data. * Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, labour law and performance management * Support training and development initiatives to upskill agents and staff * Introduce HR tech tools to streamline operations and reporting * Handle daily employee queries related to policies, leaves, benefits, and other P&C matters through internal P&C system or direct communication. * Set up and manage P&C operations including onboarding, payroll, and employee records. * Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation tracking, contract changes, and offboarding processes. * Administer performance review cycles by coordinating timelines, system readiness, communications, and reminders. * Develop and implement P&C policies tailored to the UAE real estate market. * Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, visa processes, and regulatory requirements * Monitor and update all local labour laws and regulations to ensure practices and policies remain up to date and compliant * Oversee compensation, benefits, and incentive structures aligned with real estate commission models * Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, surveys, and follow-up actions. * Coordinate health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field * 4+ years of P&C experience, preferably in multinational or real estate industry in UAE * Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and P&C compliance * Experience with HRIS systems * Experienced in data management and reporting * Possesses a restless curiosity to always improve and learn * Good understanding of core P&C foundations
