  • Attendance maintenance.
  • MIS preparation
  • Employee performance measurement.
  • Conduct the review meeting
  • Employee engagement activities.
  • Motivate the employees.
  • Conduct the review meeting.
  • Training & development activities.
  • Handling the employee grievances.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Education qualification: MBA (HR) or MSW ( HR )

Age: 25 - 35

Gender: Male only

Location: Salem

Experience: 5 years and above
