Under general supervision of the Talent & Employee Relations Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides consultation and support to assigned business groups. The HRBP will have knowledge in areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, succession planning, organizational culture, and program execution. The HRBP applies expert skills in a full range of HR methods, principles, and practices to advise and drive the execution of all activities specific to the employee lifecycle.
