Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted partner to our leaders and employees. You’ll help shape workplace culture, support talent growth, and keep our HR operations running smoothly, all while playing a key role in our hospital’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with leadership to support workforce strategy and employee engagement
  • Handling employee relations with care, professionalism, and fairness
  • Supporting recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, promotions, and transfers
  • Leading performance management and employee development efforts
  • Helping design and deliver training programs
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations
  • Managing benefits, FMLA, Workers’ Comp, and ADA processes
  • Keeping payroll/timekeeping accurate and HR records up to date
  • Tracking HR metrics and assisting leadership with data-driven decisions
  • Responding to Texas Workforce Commission claims when needed

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Minimum one year HR experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of employment law and healthcare regulatory compliance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
