Key Accountabilities

Act as the strategic HR Business Partner for designated departments, aligning people strategies, manpower plans, and workforce priorities with business objectives.

Support the design, development, enhancement, and governance of HR functional frameworks and tools, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, promotions, recognition, employee relations, and onboarding.

Partner with business leaders to support the development of manpower plans and development plans, and follow up on their execution to ensure effective implementation.

Partner with business leaders to effectively apply performance management and talent frameworks, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, succession planning, performance improvement plans and internal mobility.

Provide consultative support on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company policies, values, and agreed frameworks.

Deliver HR insights and analytics through reports and dashboards, translating people data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Support engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen HR frameworks, processes, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Education

Minimum 5 years in HR, including experience in business partnering and talent management

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (specialized HR certification is preferred)
