Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRBP cum DGM to drive the HR agenda and foster a high-performance culture. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational priorities, ensuring seamless HR execution, and driving overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement the people agenda aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and succession management.
- Act as a change champion, supporting business transformation initiatives and cultural integration.
Talent Management & Development
- Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and career development for leadership and critical roles.
- Drive leadership development, capability-building, and high-potential programs.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to design business-specific interventions.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design initiatives to strengthen engagement, morale, and retention.
- Partner with leaders to embed organizational values, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proactively address employee concerns and engagement risks.
Performance & Rewards
- Oversee performance management – goal setting, reviews, calibration, and feedback.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to design competitive reward programs.
- Implement pay-for-performance models to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of workplace issues.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage audits, investigations, and governance requirements.
HR Operations & Analytics
- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, workforce management, and HRIS utilization.
- Use HR analytics to track metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, DEI) and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and leverage technology for process excellence.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and mentor HR team members, fostering collaboration and performance orientation.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders for effective decision-making.
- Represent HR in management reviews and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
Experience
- 15 years of progressive HR experience, including 6–8 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Exposure to mid-size organizations in Banking, NBFCs, Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs), Fintech, or finance-focused Professional Services preferred
- Proven experience in transformation, change management, and leadership capability programs.
