2. Talent Management & Development

  • Lead the annual performance review and calibration process for assigned departments, ensuring fair, objective, and timely evaluations that link individual performance to business outcomes.
  • Identify high-potential employees and collaborate with leaders to create and implement tailored Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and succession plans.
  • Facilitate training and coaching for managers on topics such as effective leadership, team building, disciplinary actions, and performance feedback.

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and labor regulations.
  • Partner with legal counsel and management to ensure proactive risk management and legal compliance, especially for site-based labor laws and contractor management.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment that aligns with E-Spectra's values and commitment to safety.

4. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand critical staffing needs for EPC projects (e.g., Project Managers, Site Engineers, Design Leads) and assist in defining job specifications and sourcing strategies.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires within the assigned business unit to ensure a smooth transition and rapid integration into the E-Spectra culture and project workstreams.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
