Position Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, supporting day-to-day HR needs while developing the skills to drive strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do

People & Leadership Support

• Partner with leaders to support employee relations, performance management, and team development
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Build strong relationships and credibility with frontline leaders and staff

Employee Experience

• Support onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Assist in resolving employee concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Help reinforce a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Support investigations, documentation, and corrective actions as needed
• Partner with payroll, benefits, and recruiting teams to ensure seamless HR support

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 1–3 years of HR experience (HR Coordinator, Generalist, or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Strong sense of accountability and desire to collaborate with leaders
• Positive attitude

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health
• Exposure to employee relations or performance management
• SHRM-CP or willingness to obtain certification

Compensation

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus Eligibility: Up to 10% annual performance bonus
