Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: HR Clerks provide essential administrative assistance to the HR department, ensuring smooth operations. This includes maintaining accurate employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
Recruitment and Hiring Assistance: They help post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates. HR Clerks may also assist in onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials.
Payroll and Benefits Support: Clerks assist with payroll preparation, compile timesheet data, and support benefits administration, including open enrollment and processing employee change forms.
Employee Communication: Serving as a first point of contact, HR Clerks respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and direct complex issues to HR specialists.
Regulatory Compliance: They handle sensitive documents such as I-9, W-4, and other government-mandated forms, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Record-Keeping and Reporting: HR Clerks maintain logs, update HRIS systems, and generate reports to support HR decision-making and operational efficiency.

Work Hours
This role reports to the CHRO and requires working during standard business hours, 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Hour lunch 11am-12pm.
