We are seeking a multitalented HR & Client Experience Executive to manage both human resources and front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth team coordination and a warm, professional welcome for our guests.

Your Role

As the HR cum Reception Executive, you will play a dual role: managing HR processes while serving as the welcoming face of our studio.

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage employee documentation, contracts, leave records, and attendance
  • Coordinate recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Prepare payroll inputs, maintain HR databases, and assist with performance tracking
  • Liaise with PRO for visa renewals, insurance, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain employee files, confidentiality, and HR policy adherence

Reception & Client Experience Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist guests; manage bookings and check-ins with luxury hospitality standards
  • Handle client communication across WhatsApp, phone, and email — share packages, negotiate, and confirm bookings
  • Manage the daily schedule and coordination of pottery workshops with instructors
  • Ensure the studio and reception areas are always immaculate and guest-ready
  • Offer refreshments and maintain a calm, elegant environment
  • Record feedback, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Flexibly assist with workshop preparation, inventory organization, and administrative support

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and guest service / front-office roles, preferably within hospitality, art, or creative industries
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Highly organized, reliable, and professional under pressure
  • Friendly, polished demeanor with a natural sense of luxury service
  • Knowledge of HR procedures, booking tools, and office software (Excel, Word, Google Calendar)
  • Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and respectful of premium standards
  • Passion for art, design, and creativity is an advantage
