Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment, support employee relations, and strengthen HR operations while driving real-time impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding of new hires

Proactively manage employee relations matters and address concerns in a fair, timely, and confidential manner

Drive visible, real-time HR impact by supporting day-to-day people initiatives and organizational priorities

Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on people management and HR-related matters

Support managers and teams with performance, engagement, and workforce-related requirements

Establish, streamline, and strengthen HR operations, policies, and internal processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a positive workplace culture

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism

Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations

Stakeholder management and problem-solving mindset

Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
