Overview

Job Description

  • Manage payroll processing and handle tasks related to collective labor agreements.

  • Perform analytical work related to salaries, payroll data, and internal reports.

  • Participate in human resources–related projects and ongoing initiatives.

  • Work with salary structures and ensure accurate implementation of pay schedules.

  • Support the development and improvement of employee and management handbooks.

  • Provide administrative support, system management, and training for electronic HR and payroll systems.

  • Assist with additional payroll, HR, and operational projects as required.


Job Requirements

  • University degree relevant to payroll, HR, finance, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and good overall computer skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team while also handling tasks independently.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve daily discrepancies.

  • Professional attitude with clear and effective communication skills.
